It is required to track movement between office locations, check existing status and quantity for assets utilisation purpose. We use RFID technology to track equipment and our software solution for convenience of end-users, accounters, security and warehouse functions. How does it work?

Inventory management
Each unit should be tagged with RFID sticker which costs 5-80 cents depending on the vendor and conditions. Key areas of locations should be equipped with RFID antennas to control unit movements. Inventory management module will gather the data from RFID readers and process the data for required business functions. For instance:
Track movement of LED projector between meeting rooms
Count number of chairs provided to company rented 1000 sq.meters and compare with quantity upon completion of rental contract
Account equipment on company balance: picture, residual cost, dimension, weight, allocation to a person, manuals etc.
